Course Contents:
·         Chapter 2 Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amp): Ideal Op-Amp, invert and non-invert configuration, difference amplifiers, frequency response and bandwidth, DC imperfections, integrators and differentiators

·         Chapter 3 Diode: Ideal diode, terminal charateristics of diodes, model and analysis of diode, Zener diodes, fectifier circuits, limiting and clamping circuits, semiconductor fundamental of a diode (pn-junction)

·         Chapter 4 MOSFETs: device structures, IV characteristics, DC and small signal AC analysis of MOSFET circuits, single-stage MOS amplifiers, frequency response and bandwidth.

·         Chapter 5 BJT and circuits: structures of npn and pnp transistors, I-V characteristics, DC and small signal analysis of BJT, BJT amplifiers and switches, frequency response and bandwidth
